Refund and Return Policy

14-Day Return Right Customers have the right to return an item within 14 days of delivery, with no need to justify the reason. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Exceptions for Klarna Purchases This policy applies exclusively to purchases made via Klarna. Exchanges or store credit are not accepted under any circumstances.

Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at ppoiseco@gmail.com. Items must be sent to the following address: 2970 SW 163RD AVE, Miramar, Florida 32809, United States.

Once the return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Additional Restrictions

• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

• Restocking fees will not be applied under any circumstances, in accordance with Klarna's policies.

Refunds Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
